A gal can never have too many beauty products. Some might say hoarding six different facial oils is excessive, but I say it’s sensible. Trying new merchandise feels like Christmas, and I am always intoxicated when a present (from myself) arrives in the mail.
If I could only use one beauty product this month, I would have to choose Mario Badescu’s Facial Spray with aloe, cucumber and green tea. I spray when I wake up in the morning, on my way out the door, as a midday refresher, before and after the gym, after I take off my makeup and before I go to bed. I have been diagnosed as “addicted to the mist”, and I am not ashamed. Below you will find a few products I have yet to try but am eager to test…
As of late, my under eye circles have been ultra-prominent. I’ve had multiple people ask me if I’m sick, but the answer is no, it’s just my beautiful face. A cool eye gel treatment will be sure to stop the haters from calling me out.
Key ingredients include: cucumber extract, chamomile (my FAVE), aloe and hyaluronic acid. Retails for $48.
I’ll admit – this duo caught my eye because of the clever names. But after doing some digging, I found out that this new brand has a special ingredient – black cumin seed. If you’re not familiar with this component, Cleopatra was said to have used it. Enough said.
Key ingredients include: black cumin seed, apple fruit stem cell, safflower seed oil, hyaluronic acid and castor oil. Retails for $65 and $80.
With holiday parties and special events just around the corner, my face is in major need of a pick-me-up. And if we’re being honest, don’t face masks cure everything? At the end of the day, all I want to do is put on a new face (especially one that is gold).
Key ingredients include: colloidal gold, hyaluronic acid, carrot seed oil and shea butter. Retails for $65.
